  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

  • For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • For sizing issues, we offer exchange only. The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging.

2. Exchange Process

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, sizing issue)

  • Photographs of the damaged/defective item (if applicable)

Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide return instructions. The exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item.

3. Shipping and Handling Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • If the exchange involves a product of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

4. Colour Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays and lighting used during photo shoots, the actual color or texture of the item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen.

5. Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • You will be notified once your exchange is complete.
